Send referral form (by email, fax, or online) with client information and clinical background.
Intake Coordination
We contact the client/family to schedule intake within 3-5 business days.
Treatment Begins
Client is assigned a therapist and begins treatment with initial assessment.
Ongoing Support
Regular progress updates and coordination with your agency ensure continuity of care.
DJJ & DCF Collaboration
CWCSS has extensive experience serving youth referred through Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and Department of Children & Families. We understand the unique needs of this population and maintain strong working relationships with DJJ and DCF offices throughout the North Florida Panhandle.
Our DJJ/DCF Services Include:
